Process Control and Monitoring
We have developed a series of custom solutions for use in the materials handling and process control arenas. These range from data entry terminals and interface adapters to complete Data Acquisition Systems.
Our Data Acquisition System installed at the Chloride Industrial Batteries manufacturing plant in Manchester uses approximately 600 Data Acquisition Units, designed and manufactured by DC Allen, to monitor the “jar formation” process in lead-acid battery manufacture. Up to 12,000 batteries can be simultaneously monitored by this system, which has exhibited exceptional reliability over an eight year period.
