With ever-decreasing surface-mount component sizes, the days of wired breadboards are long-gone. For the circuit board development process, we therefore go straight from CAD to PCB. This means that the physical realisation of the electronics are generally closely representative of the final product implementation from early prototype stage. The benefits are reliable, compact electronics which allow for a compressed development cycle timeline.

Software and engineering drawings are placed under version control at the very beginning of all developments, ensuring traceability through the prototyping phase and throughout product development.

We work with local well-established PCB manufacturing and assembly companies who specialise in fast turn around of prototype boards. We also take great care to select components which are readily available and wherever possible multi-sourced.

Often we work with our associates to produce complete electro-mechanical prototype assemblies, giving you a “one-stop” solution for your design needs.
